Three opportunities to shape trustworthy research

The Research Center Trustworthy Data Science and Security (RC Trust) of the Research Alliance Ruhr (UA Ruhr) is currently recruiting outstanding researchers at different career stages. The three open positions strengthen interdisciplinary research across data science, security, and society - and offer excellent conditions within one of Germany’s most dynamic research environments.

Also at TU Dortmund University, two PhD positions focused on formal methods, verification, and reliable AI are available. Successful candidates will pursue foundational and applied research in areas such as safety guarantees for machine learning or program verification. At TU Dortmund University, a fully funded PhD position in Environmetrics invites candidates to develop innovative statistical methods for environmental and climate applications, combining rigorous theory with real-world data challenges.
