The junior research group investigates how psychological processes shape the perception of (trustworthy) algorithms. One focus is on the psychological processes that arise in the collaboration between human teams and intelligent algorithms in the workplace. The aim is to provide guidelines for using emerging technology in a way that ensures people's well-being.
