Our group studies hardware security from a human-centered perspective to promote transparency and trust in digital systems. By combining insights from hardware security, cognitive science, and educational research, we develop advanced techniques for hardware reverse engineering and Trojan detection, explore the cognitive processes involved, and create tools and materials to facilitate hardware security analysis and education.
