Two of our researchers held a workshop at the AI conference!

The workshop was on the topic of “AI in the field of human resources”. Two of our researchers held the workshop:
Dr. Greta Ontrup is a Junior Research Group Leader in our research group “Psychological Aspects of Human-Algorithm-Interaction”. Leon Hannig is PhD in the same group at the RC Trust.

Among other things, the three-day conference discussed the impact of AI on our working world and where it can be used further.

We are very pleased that Dr. Greta Ontrup and Leon Hannig represented the RC Trust, that the workshops were well received and that there was a lot of discussion!
