Welcome, Dr. Greta Ontrup!

Greta previously completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in psychology at Bielefeld University and then obtained her doctorate at Ruhr University Bochum in 2022. She now works for the RC Trust from the Duisburg campus. Her research centers on the dynamics between human teams and intelligent systems, with a particular emphasis on how psychological processes shape and are shaped by these interactions.

Her current projects as Junior Research Group Leader at “Psychologial Aspects of Human-Algorithm Interaction" focus on the psychological aspects of human-AI interaction, team dynamics and organizational culture in AI integration and how to bridge the gap between research and practice. You can find out more about her research here.
